To settle the following demands at the earliest

Charter of Demands
1 Reduce the price of all essential commodities.
2 Withdraw Orders on Outsourcing of Governmental Functions & Closure of offices.
3 Fill up all Group D posts by and stop contracting out and employing daily rated/casual workers to Group D functions.
4 Reverse the decision to impose the New Contributory Pension Scheme and withdraw the order asking the employees to exercise option as a precondition to draw the 6th CPC arrears.
5 Remove the arbitrary ceiling on compassionate appointments.
6 Implement the Board of Arbitration awards.
7 Grant Pension and status of civil servant to GDS.

All Central Government employees are requested to join in large number and make the programme of human chain a grand success and express solidarity with the demands.
