All the time for the last several months all the so called union leaders are talking about allowances like report will be submitted this week, next week so on. Why no body is serious about why the committee took so much time to finalise and submit the report ? Everybody was very much aware that the committee gave a statement during last September (which is well before the time given to the committee to submit the report) that it is ready with the report and is waiting for the Govenment's call. But surprisingly and suddenly Modi / Jaitley and co. has given extension of three months to the committee till Feb 22nd without any request for the extension from the committee. The committee should have submitted the report on or before 22nd Feb. But till now no sign of any submission of the report from very effective and powerful committee. One wonders why none of the leaders or the concerned officials have not raised any questions with regard to the delay in submission because till now neither the committee has asked for any extension after Feb 22nd nor the Govt has given any extension for the submission of the report. Does it mean that the committee has no time limit and not answerable to any one and why so called the leaders are concerned about this.
Another issue all the leaders are talking only about the allowances and conveniently totally forgotten about the main demand of Minimum salary (18000 to 26000) and the multiplying factor (2.57 to ????). Is it not important or the leaders have already surrendered to the Govt or is it a closed issue ?
There is no doubt that the outcome and fate of the report to be submitted by the allowances committee prepared purely on the advise of our FM Mr Jaitey will be no different from the earlier decision taken by the Govt (ignoring / not at all considering the recommendations given by several committees on the 7th pay commission report) again the same is going to be repeated by accepting the recommendations proposed in the 7th pay commission as it is without even looking into the allowance committee's recommendations.
Fake news it make next year. Union leaders are not know about this.
That's great sir, what happened empowered committee?? No report is leaked yet. Cg employees are still waiting like saints

its shameful that our leaders are not able to take any strong action to pressurise the government. They are only conveying the message which are already in the media. Acting like News reporters. Sorry state of affairs. Dissapointing
It is shameful and useless. The union leaders are either not aware what is going on or incapable of getting information. The leaders should have persuaded the political leaders to raiss the issue in parliament, but i think the political leaders are also useless as they are infighting or not interested to raise these issues as they will not get anything from us. It is right time that we should evolve a system of electing young and energetic blood for National JCM. All the leaders of JCM are in their fag end of life and not having wherewhital to fight the government. Further, no age cap for the leaders of the JCM. Why it should be. No action for reviving the Dept. JCM.
Further, the service conditions of central govt employees thoroughly studied and revamped. Also the pay and perks of the employees of various cadres are to be rationalised. Despite clear recommendations from 6th CPC and 7CPC still that there should not be any difference from field and hqrs staff, still there are large difference. 7th cpc also told that grant of 4200 to UDCSs of cscs alone is wrong, but still continues. similarly grant of 4600 for asistants of cscs is wrong but still it continues. These so called union leaders are not botherinig these things. simply discussing, discussing, disgussing and digoing on disgussing about one issue without giving attention to these issues.
So far the government is succeeded by ignoring the union leaders representing the CG employees. That is right from the DA merger demand to this point of reconsidering the allowances, everywhere the government has moved in a pre decided way. Whenever it sense the employees protest, it prolongs the decisions for a very long time, sometimes it simply ignores. The committees appointed after the 7th CPC reports are comparatively taking more time than the Pay Commission to study and decide the entire CG employees pay and allowances. Please remember that three union cabinet ministers have promised a high level committee on behalf of government to look after the minimum wages and fitment formula. Thereafter no one has disclosed about the high level committee, which is that committee? Is it this allowances committee is also working as high level committee to decide the minimum wage and fitment formula? No, even NJCA leaders don’t have the answer. If the pay related issues are dragged for a long time, naturally there is a point of arrears and this point of arrears always make the government unhappy… similarly ignoring this arrears makes the employees unhappy. The government is well known the psychology of its employees and their leaders. Therefore it avoids taking the decision and simply prolongs it.
Fake news. These Union Leaders can't do anything rather then speculation. This news is made to delay the process and again afrer 15 days these leaders will extendt their timeline.
Not official visit only summer vacation outside India to beat the heat.
Government and NJCA are making fool of us, the government employees should now Take the matter in there hands.
I think government is not at all taking njca seriously. Time already taken by Lavasa committee to settle the issues is good enough to complete a PhD . on superspeciality medicine. Bureaucrats enjoying different facilities at various levels are reluctant to accelerate the activities of the committee. Negotiating machinery has failed miserably. Utterly frustrating.
