Will we get a balance DA of 11% (28-17) as of Jan.21 including DA as of Jul 2021 without arrears? Again there will be a twist on Oct.2021 while times come to pay.....
1. Instead of freezing the DA, the entire DA due from Jan 2020 to Jan 2021 (from 01-01-2020 to 30-06-2021) should have taken back from the government employees as donation and accordingly donation certificate or receipt should have issued. Thus making them proud donors for difficult time of the Nation.
2. The staff retired during this time are victims of bad situation. At least the applicable DA should have taken into account for calculating retirement benefits.
The financial situation has improved, the Government should release the DA from Jan 2021. Atleast.
