Consumer Price Index and DA May 2019

Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers (CPI-IW) — May  2019

The All-India Consumer Price Index-IW for May   2019  increased by 2 points now stands  at 314 (three hundred  and fourteen  ).  

DA as on 1st June   2019 is  16.30%. 

Expected DA as on 1st July 2019 is additional 5%

    Management of Consumer Price Index by an independent and autonomous body is better than present government controlled system. And control of commodity prices is the best.
