The minimum wage for Coal
India workers effective from 1/7/2016 is arrived at Rs 29,394/- .
20% wage hike for the Coal India workers.
This wage agreement for the Coal India workers for the
period 2016-2021 that is 5 years wage revision .
The minimum wage for the Central
Government employees are fixed at Rs 18,000/- with effect from 1/1/2016 for 10
years wage agreement at 14.25 wage hike.
The Central Government employees
are deprived of proper wage hike and 5 years wage hike .
